I love starting my week by gathering all of these pretty things. It allows me to daydream a little bit beyond my small reality.

Now I'm just finishing up a paper, packing up some orders, and doing a little reading for class. (Jane Eyre - I've never read it before and I absolutely love it!)

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! What did you do? :-)

  3. Gorgeous, as usual. I really like this feature! Have fun with Jane Eyre, I really liked it too. And, for an interesting follow-up (unsolicited advice!) try Wide Sargasso Sea. Same story, different point of view, which I found fascinating.

  8. Yes for JE. Have you seen the latest movie? Best adaptation yet, methinks. I am so ready for fall. Just bought a lovely moss green cape in preparation. Although, Texas will probably take a few more months to get chilly, eh? Ah well, one can dream. Good luck on the paper!

  15. That cake looks so yummy! Making my mouth water.

You're reading Jane Eyre? That's one of my all-time favorite books. I read it in high school & reread it more times that I care to count.
