Granny Square Cookies from Sugar and Meringue

When I saw these granny square cookies from Sugar and Meringue I'm pretty sure I squealed with delight! Baking cookies on Christmas Eve is a tradition at my house so I think I will have to slip a few granny squares into the usual mix of snowmen and Santa Claus.

Only a few more days until Christmas! I'm getting so excited!!! What are some of your favorite holiday traditions?

  2. Those are unbelievably cute! Definitely the best biscuits I've seen this year. For the past couple of years I've made gingerbread men and dinosaurs but i want to make these now!

  3. How perfect! I wouldn't mind making a granny square cookie cake for a crochet-crazy friend of mine next month... Hmmm, maybe I can make this happen. Awesome recipe find!

  9. I would have never thought of making granny square cookies. It might be faster making an afghan with cookies rather than with crochet.

Baking gingerbread men in one of my absolute favourite Christmas traditions but I think baking granny square cookies might just beat it!
